The 14th Headies Awards

We created a Digital Strategy for the amplification of the Biggest and Most Prestigious Music and Award Show in Africa, The 14th Headies Award.

BACKGROUND

We created a Digital Campaign to sensitize people about the current outbreak of Covid-19 in the country and how they can enjoy the award show and still maintain social distance.

THE CAMPAIGN IDEA

We kicked off a Wear-A-Mask Campaign and contents are tracked using ** #HomewithHeadies** tag. The campaign was monitored across with all social media platforms and also amplified through influencers working on the campaign.

THE CAMPAIGN RESULT

The ** #HomewithHeadies** hashtag trended for 3 days and the Campaign had over 10million Digital Impressions in the first week and over 1,000 user generated content joined the conversation. The campaign ran for 4 weeks and had over 50 Million digital impression at the end of the campaign.


Kogi State Government Novelty Match

BACKGROUND

The governor of Kogi State, Governor Alh, Yahaya Bello in his current administration wanted a way to encourage his people to further embrace peace and foster sport in the state of Kogi State. The Governor invited ex-super eagles players including Kanu Nwakwo, JJ Okocha, Rashidi Yekini, Taribo West to mention a few. The core of the problem was to create a digital campaign that will encourage this engagement amongst people living in Kogi state and different parts of Kogi State.

THE CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

The team created tailored content around the match and amplified across all platforms but focused on Twitter. The images from the match were the key focus in the trend.

THE CAMPAIGN RESULT

This engagement led to an increase in conversation around the government and the ex-super Eagles players. We had over 3 Million Digital impressions


Niniola's Colors and Sounds Project

BACKGROUND

The team was tasked to create a digital campaign amplification for the Queen of Afro-House's project titled Colors and Sound. We had to create multiple strategies in the execution of the project.

THE CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

We kicked off the campaign for the Colors and Sounds project on the 29th September 2020. On the 2nd of October we recorded one of the highest numbers so far on the official hashtag. #NiniolaColoursandSounds trending number 1 in Nigeria and had over 5,000 people tweeting at the same time.

THE CAMPAIGN RESULT

The contents had a total Digital impression of over 36 Million and reach of over 7 Million people. The said number is projected to increase as the conversation continues.


How Far with Sheila O

BACKGROUND

Increase talkerbility around the weekly program aired in the United States and HipTv every friday.

THE CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

The team was tasked with making this programme a trending conversation every friday. We created the trend for each episode as the host Sheila O asked questions and also shared realtime content while the show was going on so audience can tune in to watch their favourite guests on How Far with Sheila O.

THE CAMPAIGN RESULT

This effort increased the request for new episodes and also created the visibility for the TV show. For every episode, we pushed at least over 2 million digital impressions.
